Registration & Forms

How can I register for a camp or clinic?

1. Online:  Simply click the link for ‘Register’ wherever it appears on our website.  Benefits include:

• User account (easy access to pay future tuition balances and receive forms)
• Immediate registration confirmation (including payment receipt and camp confirmation letter)
• Secure payment via electronic check or credit card 

2. Mail:  Complete a registration form contained within our camp brochure. You can obtain a copy of the brochure by requesting one by mail or downloading a printable copy from our website. Complete the form and mail along with payment to the address listed on the form.

Regardless of how you choose to register, Champion’s Edge will email you confirmation of your registration, including a letter outlining all camp details and future tuition payment options.  We require each registration to include a parent’s valid email address.  All correspondence will be handled in this regard.  Your information will be kept private.

We recommend that a representative from the team call to make a reservation for groups exceeding eight or more.  Champion’s Edge will hold reservations for a designated period of time during which all members of the team are expected to register.  Beyond the date specified, space cannot be guaranteed.  However, registrations will continue to be accepted pending availability.

Yes.  Please contact us directly to be placed on a camp wait list. You can also submit a wait list form by clicking the link for 'Waiting List' on the left. 

Send us an email with the athlete’s name, including the location of the camp for which they’re registered.  We will email you a copy of the confirmation letter to the email address provided at registration.

Health forms are included in each confirmation letter.  You can also obtain a copy of the form from the ‘Download Forms’ section of our website.

Cancellations & Refunds

What is your camp cancellation policy?

All requests for cancellation must be made in writing.  All monies paid, with the exception of a $115 deposit, will be refunded provided the notice of the cancellation is received two weeks prior to the start of camp.  No refunds of any kind will be granted if cancellation is made less than two weeks prior to the start of camp, regardless of the nature of your cancellation.

Camp

What coaches will be present at my camp or clinic?

Coaches for each camp or clinic are selected, but not limited, from the pool of coaches listed on our website and in our brochures.  Our staff consists solely of NCAA Division I, II & III coaches, as well as select international caliber athletes.  We do not employ college athletes as coaches in order to maintain a high level of instruction at all times.

Athletes are grouped according to the experience level indicated on their registration form.  Individuals from a team are grouped with members of their team unless otherwise specified by a team representative or coach.

Yes.  Each of our camps and clinics features a goal keeping coach.

The equipment you need will be detailed in your camp or clinic confirmation letter.  Please be aware, Champion’s Edge does not loan equipment.
